Axel Guigon is a French director of photography based between Brussels and Paris. After an eclectic path, he studied cinematography at the Institut des Arts de Diffusion (IAD) in Belgium. Passionate about storytelling, his approach combines technical rigor with narrative precision. He firmly believes that cinematography should serve emotion, and that an image must be truthful before it can be beautiful. His aim is to bring out the full emotional power of every story.

Always seeking to be challenged and moved, he is drawn to projects that take him beyond familiar territory and lead him somewhere he never expected to go.
